What’s the minimum stay?

All booking requests are reviewed individually to ensure alignment with our neighborhood and compliance with local rules. Please submit your preferred dates and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

How many people can stay in a bungalow?

Each of our three bungalows accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. We do not allow additional guests, children, or pets.

Are children or pets allowed?

No. Our property is for adults only (18+), and we do not allow pets. This helps us maintain a peaceful and allergy-safe space for all guests

How close are you to the beach?

We’re located in a quiet residential area about a 5–7 minute walk to Kailua Beach, and a short drive or bike ride to Lanikai Beach.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
We offer keyless self-check-in with a private code sent before your arrival.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

How do you clean and prepare the bungalows?

Each unit is cleaned professionally with eco-friendly products and sanitized before every stay. We follow all recommended CDC and Hawaii Department of Health guidelines.

Are taxes and fees included in my total?

Yes. Your booking total includes all required Hawaii state taxes:

• Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT)

• General Excise Tax (GET)
  Total: 14.962%
  There are no additional service or cleaning fees when you book direct.

What’s your cancellation policy?

• Cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund

• Cancel 15–29 days prior for 50% refund

• No refund within 14 days of check-in

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes! All bungalows have fast, reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or streaming.

Do you have laundry?

Yes—each bungalow has its own private washer and dryer for your use.

What beach gear is included?

All bungalows include:

• 2 beach chairs

• Large beach towels

• Boogie boards

• Cooler bag

• Umbrella (by request)
